client services at RCS. She is a 20-year veteran of the information technology field.

The “people” side of technology is Ellen’s primary focus at RCS. She designs and creates systems that allow non-technical people to quickly and easily solve real-world problems. Ellen’s responsibilities include conducting technology training, developing databases, designing workflows and formulating quality assurance procedures.

Prior to joining RCS in 1993, Ellen worked at the Ciba Geigy Corporation in the scientific systems group where, for eight years, she performed needs analysis for a variety of different types of applications (including research, compliance and human resource management)—and designed and programmed systems and databases to meet those needs.

Ellen holds an M.S. in pharmacology from Hahnemann Medical College and a B.S. in biology from Adelphi University.
